Yes, we require all tenants to carry insurance on their contents. A tenant must provide proof of insurance (declaration page from Homeowner policy) or speak to our staff about insurance options offered from StorSmart Insurance.
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
No, we rent on a month-to-month only.
Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Yes. We sell various discounted packing and moving supplies.
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in. Please ask a staff member to assist you with your request.
